When Flavor Paper founder and deisgner Jon Sherman moved to Cobble Hill, Brooklyn last year, he brought Flavor Paper with him. New York Magazine takes us inside the bespoke pop-wallpaper factory that is also home to the "Flavor Lair" — Jon's party-perfect penthouse above the office.
In addition to the Flavor Paper offices and showroom, the building houses apartments for some of the Flavor Paper employees:
1st Floor - street level handscreened wallpaper studio
2nd Floor - showroom, offices and Flavor Pixels digital printing facility
3rd & 4th Floors - residences
Roof - rooftop deck and urban meadow
The building's renovation was the work of Jeff Kovel of Skylab Architecture.

Good god. I love the energy of those pics and that place so much, its making my stomach turn.
So swoon worthy! I have always dreamed of owning a mixed-use building where I would occupy the penthouse. This is perfect.
does gucci make wallpaper?
I so went into the wrong line of work (business analyst). This is such a beautiful space... I can feel the creativity flowing.
I saw the studio in person a few weeks ago (right before the NY Mag writeup)... it is even more stunning in person! I was completely in awe.
