We all want to have those sleek, minimalistic workspaces. An elegant task table with nothing but a power-cord-less laptop, a simple flower arrangement and a cup of coffee weighing it down. But lets face it: Sometimes you just have too much stuff. You've got CDs and books and cords and notebooks and pens—and you want all those papers and peripherals at an arm's reach when you're sitting at your desk...

When we spotted this shot from Travis Johnson's Flickr page, we were instantly smitten with the way he's managed to squeeze all that neccessary stuff onto his desktop without making the office look neglected.

The trick is to keep everything as organized and repetitive as possible. Small peripherals can be stored in photo boxes (Just like Sarahrae showed you!) and books and CDs should be seamlessly stacked with other like-sized items.
