We can talk about clearing the clutter on our desks all day long, but it's a rare fleeting moment that it actually happens. So when we come across someone who has actually achieved the task, we have to give them two thumbs up, a high five, or whatever the kids call cool these days...
Flickr member Laure Wayaffe gets our clean desk seal of approval for her all white minimalist Mac desktop. We love the fresh flowers, which make this feel like a great place to sit down and get work done.
Does your desk ever make it this clean? Or are you still struggling in what seems like a never ending circle of clutter?

I notice they chose to go with the mac laptop style keyboard to replace.....the laptop keyboard. Interesting.
Maybe they just really like the number pad? But I agree I would ditch the keyboard in that situation.
i keep mine extremely tidy as well.
why the hate on the keyboard? i much prefer typing on a keyboard and using a mouse when i'm at my desk. it's simply more comfortable. not to mention the numeric pad is a necessity (wish apple made a BT version).
my current set up which will be changing in the next week with a new desk, chair, and Xtand

Its a great arrangement however, I would really like to see the power and usb cables attached to see how they would implement a realistic clean desk setup.
All I see here is an expensive Macbook, with an added on expensive Apple Keyboard, with an expensive added on Apple Mouse... when you could simply have bought an iMac that has better processor power, larger screen size, and bigger hard drive capacity, with a tiny footprint (footprint being of course the area it takes on your desk)
When I opened the post I didn’t think I was going to find a solution for a laptop! I don’t think it’s that difficult!
I need a desk for my Mac Pro... It's a whopper of a motherboard. Is that right? Motherboard? I'm trying to think of what my brother-in-law calls the tower. (I'm a terrible technical person) Extra note...that extra keypad is very helpful for the music notation program Sibelius. So I need a pullout keyboard with space for the keyboard and mouse. Right now it's a squeeze!
I want a vintage desk, but of course they don’t have pull out keyboards and I’m not good with tools blah blah blah… the search continues…
