where are the white chairs and table from?

Indeed, Carolyn is one lucky gal :-)

Although this is a pretty old post, does anybody know where the carpet is from? I noticed that Carolyn's mom has not posted in a while, so I am not sure if she is still checking the boards... but if you are, please help me, Carolyn's mom!
