The nesting side tables serving as a landing strip in this entryway caught our eye, and we were further charmed by the artwork and tile key holders above the set.
The tables are a great way to work with the thick wood frames of the door and window, and the little stool and plants help soften the whole look.

I love it all (esp the plants)...except for the unfortunate vertical blinds. Why haven't those things been outlawed yet?
This is a very inspiring pic. It's so simple but, so effective. The colors work well together. I want to be in this place right now.
Please swap that light switch plate for one that's the same color as the wall.
And ditto Monica's point about the blinds.
I'm sorry to say that everything in that picture depresses the hell out of me. The wood trim, the verticals, the tile, the green rug, the 70's plants, the artwork... Everything. I don't usually have visceral reactions to photos on your site, but it would be my nightmare to be locked in this room.
I really like those nesting tables. The whole set up is very welcoming. Who cares about the tiles and the blinds? Sometimes you just have to work with what you have!
and @lilyC:
Your life must be so great that you feel you can let everyone know how much you HATE a picture of a room?
Come on, it's someone's home! What if someone said that about YOUR home? Maybe your taste is someone else's worst nightmare. Overreact much?
where did you get the tables? nice variation of the nesting idea.
Revolution9 - You're right. I should have kept my mouth shut.
Here is another variation in the nesting tables/storage idea with more color - http://www.exoticaunique.com/products/product.php?pid=175
