We like how Shawn's lit up hutch makes the back end of his home office look a bit like a diorama...

hey, nice job! i think the lighting makes a huge difference.

I really like this idea (along with all the other desk-inside-bookshelf-ideas). I wonder whether the backlighting would cast too long a shadow on the keyboard. I think if I were to copy this idea I would add a clip-on or USB LED for actual work lighting.
