Not everyone knows what to do with an olive-green kitchen, but little green (name coincidental?) has been fearless.

She brilliantly salted and peppered her sea of greens (island and diamond-pattered linoleum) with dashes of contrasting brights: a set of poppy-colored retro bar stools, a stripe of orange trim, a marigold-yellow pot.

We also love the green view from the window, the globe-shaped filigree fixture peaking out from the ceiling...and yes, the fact that there's a comfy, wipe-clean vinyl couch in the kitchen. Does a family live here?
