Flickr Finds: Revolutionary Girl's Revolutionary Chair

AT readers helped her identify this chair earlier this month. Now, Revolutionary Girl is showing it off in her Flickr slideshow.

According to comments on the post, Good Questions: Who Made My Great Rope Chair?, R. Girl says, "this [great chair find] is actually a knock-off, made in yugoslavia. but it's still vintage mid-century. [The chair is] redecorated with an IKEA white POLARVIDE throw blanket, an IKEA scribble pattern BETTAN BLOM pillow, a white embroidered Target pillow and an IKEA ALSEDA footstool."

LOVELY! I recently bought the same exact Yugoslovian knockoff from a local woman for a mere $25 (she had it listed on Craigslist) and I love it! It's super comfortable and it fits perfectly under the small window in my bedroom for a nice little reading nook.

I have the matching Yugo-knockoff folding footstool, but no armchair.

I bought a pair for $30 from craigslist. Both chairs are in excellent condition.

I love these Yugo knock-off's. I picked up one of these at my local Salvation Army last year.
