Does your house have a master to-do list? Would it help you if you did? Sometimes writing everything out on paper (email is a close second) with a pen (kicking it old school) can be somewhat freeing. It allows you to quit worrying about all the things needing to be done at once and focus on only one task at a time until things are finished!
Are you a list maker? Or would you rather not admit to the work needing to be done?
