Flip Card Table

The Flip Table has a very good secret: with a simple swivel and flip, its surface doubles in size, from 23.5" x 40" to 47" x 40."

This simple MDF, stained veneer, and rubberwood table was designed for card playing and has a small storage area underneath for poker chips, but it also makes for a bargain dining solution in small eating spaces. When fully opened, Flip seats eight people around a convivial almost-square.

IKEA used to make a table almost exactly like this. No clue if they still do or not, but I clearly remember it.

IKEA totally does- i own it. bought it last year and still love it, although it gets most of its use as a 2 person table.

I bought the IKEA version in 2005. Still use it, very stable, durable finish (beech) has held up to many red wine rings left to dry and scrubbed off the next afternoon. This is a very important feature in my household.

I own the Ikea version too. It would be nice if it had the small storage on the bottom like this one does.

What is the name and/or link to the Ikea version?

Kenn, the IKEA version is called BJURSTA.
