Found this great online store called FloorMall for hardwood flooring and area rugs. They are offering tax free and free shipping on all area rugs. If you call in your order they give you and additional 10% off. Great find!!
What we discovered: hardwood, laminates, bamboo, cork, tile, vinyl, area rugs and carpet. That covers it all, right?

I've dealt with Marc Henderson before and he was an obstinate jerk. I'm sure he will get on here and blame me or rip on my company but fact is the customer is probably telling the truth here.
He threatened to sue me a bunch of times and takes things to excessive levels in his threats.

I bought recently a hardwood floor from floor mall and I had the same issue with them.
But at the end I manage to get my money back.
Than I found a great hardwood company online called floor variety, they have excellent customer service, and their prices are much better that floor mall. you should check them out if you need hardwood floor to your palce.

I am in the middle of a similar problem with Floormall. I ordered $2300 worth of flooring and when the shipping company tried to deliver it, the flooring was completly destroyed, so I refused the shipment. I immediately notified Floormall who told me the shipping was my problem and that resolution of the claim could take five months. Floormall selected and paid for shipping so I can't figure out how it is my fault, but I have lived on concrete floors for 2 months now with no end in sight. Floormall has provided very little assistance, since it is my problem. They do not call to update me and I have no idea how I will ever get the product I ordered and paid for months ago, or how to get my money back without filing suit. I would suggest to everyone that they avoid this company like the plague that they are.
