Fontana Arte's minimalist She design is made of bent metal that comes in either glossy white or glossy black. I'm with Giffin -- it seems like it doesn't really reduce the need for a lamp.
um...I see that getting extremely hot...the metal and anything else that bulb is shining down onto.
I like it - looks very "boutique hotel" - but I'd think that a gooseneck lamp mounted on the wall would still be necessary for reading in bed.
I agree with the other comments, but think this would be FABULOUS as a landing strip.
