In our own deprived childhoods the only thing we could get on a lollipop stick was a lolly (sniff). Today's children may not be taking hover buses to school, but they are lucky enough to be living in the Age of the Food Lollipop - because everyone knows that food tastes better atop a pop. We've rounded up some tasty treats on a stick - pop below for the links.
If you're one of those parents who manages to have sophisticated snacks awaiting your children after school these would make a nice addition to your rotation. We, however, are saving them for a party or special occasion. Are there other food lollipops we should know about? Let us know in the comments.
• Cinnamon Rolls-on-a-Stick
• Bacon Pops
• Marshmallow Lollipops
• Cake Pops
• Pizza Lollipops

So true!!! I often can't get my kids to eat a banana or a strawberry if they are not in the mood, but as soon as I slice them up and thread them onto a toothpick or skewer...Voila! They disappear!
Works every time. NOTE: Just be sure not to overuse this little trick, or the little people will catch on to your sly ways.
