New gadgets come out every day, but it's not that often that you come upon gadgets that are really must-haves. Without a doubt, MacBooks and iPhone rule, but there are a lot of PC users out there and a lot of people who haven't yet switched to the iPhone. For those of you like that, here is a must-have list for this holiday season.

Touchsmart TX2 Laptop
Not only is this a 12" mobile wonder, it's the first laptop to integrate multitouch for PCs. The TX2 is a convertible rig, so it can become a tablet PC. It's not just the touch pad that is multitouch, the TX2 has multitouch built into its touchscreen, now how cool is that? Prices start at $1150 and it's available starting today, so what are you waiting for? If you've been itching to get multitouch goodness on your mobile device, but just couldn't make the switch, this is the laptop for you. In addition to the 1200x800 multitouch capability, the 4.5-pound TX2 has 2.1GHz AMD processor, 8 GB RAM, 500 GB HDD, Bluetooth, integrated webcam, 8x DVD burner, and a digital pen. This means that it's filled with techy goodness in a svelte 4.5 lbs size. That's still a bit much, but it's not too bad considering all of the features you are getting.

Prada II LG Phone
Haven't yet splurged on an iPhone? Or are you the type of person that enjoys a clean keyboard integrated into a mobile phone, but haven't been too interested in the Android phone? Well, the LG Prada II phone might be for you. The design has been updated and the sliding keyboard as well. The new Prada will include 3G capability with HSDPA up to 7.2 Mbps and advanced 5 megapixel camera featuring slow motion video recording and DivX playback. Other features include Wi-Fi, full HTML browser, and video calling capabilities.

Prada Link Bluetooth Watch
If the Prada II phone isn't enough for you, maybe a Bluetooth watch will do the trick. This little watch is no different from other watches, except that it does look quite attractive and elegant. It's a timepiece and a Bluetooth device that can remotely monitor phone calls as well as read full SMS text messages without having to extract the phone from a bag or pocket. It's going to be available soon for $400.

Noise Canceling iPod Earphones That Don't Need Batteries
Noise canceling earphones are great, but lugging around an extra set of batteries is always a hassle. Hitachi Maxell unveiled a pair of iPod-only earphones that are powered through the player and therefore don't require extra batteries. The iPod's battery life will be reduced by %66 and you'll have to use the slider on the earphones to adjust the volume. For now, they don't connect to iPhones, only 4th generation iPods. They will be only available in Japan for $80. [via CrunchGear]
