We were checking out new entertaining ideas over at Subtle Revelry and stumbled upon this simple play time solution. Chalkboards are all the rage, but this one is slim and slides out of the way!
Even if you don't have children, you need something to entertain little ones that come visit. This board slides away under the sofa and is attached to small casters that help keep it up off the floor. It's a simple idea that could easily be done with board games or dry erase boards.
You can check out more on this space over at A Subtle Revely. What would you like to put on wheels to tuck out of the way for on-demand play time?

Nomade Express Slee...
That's a great idea! We have a slim chalkboard that lives under my daughter's bed, but it's just shoved under there - I never thought of putting it on wheels!
This is a great idea!! My son would love this to put all his star wars figures on and draw a space theme! Thanks for the idea :)
Everything is better on wheels!!
Brilliant! :)
I like the idea but not sure I like the kids being bent over for so long. But kids are so resilient, aren't they.
Nice post.
We keep ours under the couch and slide it out, my toddler likes to sit on the board and draw around her when its too cold to draw on the driveway
I like the idea, but at my house that would become a skateboard, and the moment I helped one kid in the bathroom the other would decide he really would like to try surfing down the stairs on it. No five year old is baby-gate proof either. i'd have to lock it up! HA!
