Last week's edition of Time Out New York was their annual Apartments issue and it's full of information for those on the apartment hunt. In addition to covering various city neighborhoods, the current New York City real estate market, and tips for spotting flawed apartments -- the team at TONY looked at four nearly identical 550-square-foot studio apartments in Chelsea's London Terrace Gardens building...
We get to see floor plans, and multiple photos for the four apartments. It's a great opportunity to see how choices in paint colors and furnishings (or lack thereof) can impact the same space.Take a look at each apartment in Four on the Floor and tell us your favorite below.

Yup, I prefer the two apartments that have more furniture and a lived in feel - Lincoln and Zak is nice, and I really like the art over Megan's sofa.
I like them all, but the one belonging to two people (I forgot their names) the best.
Lincoln and Zak's place
ok now i can see it. hard to pick a favorite
I liked the two that looked the most like a true, personal home--Lincoln and Zak, followed by Megan.
Lincoln and Zak. But I think all are pretty interchangeable.
And what's with the rug-phobia?
Lincoln and Zak. I really like the color they chose for the alcove area. Now I know I have been living in NYC for too long, I'm looking at this space and thinking it's huge!
Lincoln & Zak - the best
Lincoln and Zak -- their apartment seemed the most fleshed out. The other 3 seemed empty and just-moved-in.
Zak & Lincoln's apartment is fabulous. The design is thoughtful, comfortable, and sophisticated. I want to move in! The others don't compare.
ditto :)
