With its changing leaves, spiced beverages, and warm layers, autumn is a season I find easy to embrace. Beyond your boots and chai, bring the fall feeling into your home with a few good color combinations.

1. Burnt Orange and Teal
Even if you're not a big fan of orange (myself included), it's always right for fall, and pairing it with teal keeps it modern.

2. Warm Gray and Gold
Gray has become a popular neutral, and this warmer tone set against gold looks plain rich.

3. Chocolate Brown and Plum
This pairing feels especially cozy and comforting when you play with the textures of silk and velvet.

4. Yellow and Oxblood Red
Warm yellow walls combined with a deep red leather chair make for instant coziness.

5. Olive and Sky Blue
The earthy warmth of the olive is complimented by the a cool blue of waning summer days and crisp air.
