A felt playhouse is always fun for kids, but Cheryl quadrupled the fun by making a different store for pretend play on each side: a produce market, drive-thru bank, ice cream shop and a post office. Wow!
She used an old card table as her structure and made interactive elements for each store. We love that this can be brought out onto a porch or backyard in good weather and we imagine it will attract all the neighborhood kids. When not in use it can be folded up and stored away.
We recommend a browse around Cheryl's blog Sew Can Do. You can find the playhouse posts here:The Plan, the Ice Cream Shop, the Bank, the Produce Market, the Post Office, the Reveal. Cheryl has made lots of other great things with felt - we especially like this clever doctor's playset (complete with x-ray).
Cheryl's felt playhouse was part of a "Felt House Along" at Fireflies and Jellybeans where you can find more inspirational felt playhouses to ogle.

SO clever to make each side a different building!
Love it! The details are great. I especially like the market.
This is terrific! We have a similar card table house (and I can vouch for the portability - it's fab), but now I'm inspired to make a village to go with it. Uh oh.
Wow, very creative! Love how she used all 4 sides.
wow! that's awesome!
Seriously so cute!

This is so cool! I also love it because my son's name is Declan. :)
That is a great idea! We made one that has the fruit stand the orchard:
