Embarrassing but true: we get easily intimidated by projects that require drilling, careful measuring and cutting. Framing especially is something we generally leave up to a professional, if an Ikea frame wont do the job. That's why this method seems like a little stroke of genius, as none of the above activities is required. The author used the pre-cut panes of glass from and old french door to frame this triptych of autumn leaves. Each leaf is sandwiched between two panes of glass and secured by horizontal and vertical rubber bands. Epoxy glue secures the hook for hanging, and voila! Cheap, easy, green and done.
