A 1939 Frank Lloyd Wright design, the George D. Sturges home in Brentwood, California, is hitting the auction block next month. It'll be the first time in 50 years the place has been on the market.

The 1,200 square foot residence (and Wright's only Usonian design in LA) is part of the estate of late actor Jack Larson. It's being auctioned off on February 21, and it's expected to fetch $2.5 to 3 million.
