Just in time for summer entertaining, Loll Designs has debuted an eco-friendly new line of outdoor furniture called the Fresh Air Collection.
The Fresh Air Collection originated from a flat-pack design that was intended to ship with a prefab, disaster-relief home. The home never materialized, but that didn't stop Loll from bringing the furniture to life.
The simple collection features a palette of poppy and neutral colors, modern lines, and unique joinery that fit right into a small space backyard. Fresh Air tables and benches are made from paper-composite Richlite for structural bracing and recycled and recyclable HDPE (from milk jugs).
According to Loll, "Fresh air is as important as healthy food and good friends, and when all three coalesce there is something special that occurs."

How well does it weather?? We put a composite top table on our porch and it disintegrated in a matter of months exposed to rain.
As a resident of Southern Arizona, I'm always looking for something that can take extreme heat. Nothing made of metal can be used much of the year; when you can get burned touching your car door, you don't want to sit on a steel or aluminum chair. Plastic furniture is out because it literally melts. Wood can sometimes work if it's sealed regularly. Naked wood bleaches out and often splits, and painted finishes fry unless they are in shade.
So my question about weathering is sort of the opposite of "how does it do exposed to rain?"
