Maybe if they listed w/ a realtor, they'd have a shot at getting some offers...
I appreciate that they haven't listed with a realtor, and it makes me more interested actually. Their pictures are much better then what 99% of realtors would provide, and you can place your own ad with the NY times for less then 6%.
What a great space. I absolutely love high rise living. I do hope they are able to find a buyer....
I'm with you, DKinNY. I'm much more interested in FSBOs than listings through large agencies. Realtors... I don't trust them.

i just bought an new empty apartment, and I need lots of rugs. Are the (faux?) animal skin rugs like the zebra on in the picture legit? I haven't seen them in any stores around here in North Carolina so I'm not see what they feel and look like up close. Any comments? Should I just avoid them?
