Modern Decor at The Talk Market

Full disclosure: we're related to the brains behind The Talk Market, the YouTube/QVC mash-up that connects artisans directly with the buying public. But, personal ties aside, the site is convenient place to find all types of modern home decor, complete with video explanations straight from the creators themselves.

Some of the artists you'll find on the site offer products blogged on AT before -- Lindsey Adelman's lighting and Judy Ross' textiles, for example -- and others have been highlighted in AT's ICFF coverage (Judson Beaumont and Diana Lin). You'll also find items from AT favorites including Modern Dose and Tiny Living.

The Talk Market's House and Home section currently has about 140 products, not all of which are fabulous and not all of which are actually decor. Still, the videos -- especially the ones where the artisans themselves illustrate their creative process -- are surprisingly compelling, even if they are definitely designed to sell.

Check out The Talk Market or read more about the concept here; if you have any feedback, we promise we'll get it straight to the source.
