I've been seeing all kinds of fun tape recently. I snatched up a roll of raw cotton tape and a floral tape a few months ago. I've been using them to decorate packaging and gifts. The tape will certainly wow anyone!
I love my decorative tapes. The only problem is that I can't find enough uses. I think that deserves a separate post! These are so great because you can jazz anything up by just slapping a piece of tape on it. Regular envelopes get transformed into fun gifts in themselves!

Fun stuff! Where can I find?
I've been wanting to buy some japanese washi tape for a while now! I've seen people do wallpaper-like patterns on their walls and I have an idea for some stripes on this one wall in my living room...This post has convinced me even further to order some!
I too love patterned tape! I bought some at Paper Source and have been looking for more options ... thanks for this post!
This idea has real sticking power...
This tapes can cause a taping fever... I'm currently taping everything with washi tape and I'm totally happy with it's quality. The fact, that it's easy removable and still durable makes it so fabulous for me.
Have some cotton fabric tape, too. And love the surface.
Cath Kidston's wash tapes from chronicle books!! I admit that I feel partial because I worked on these projects, but really, they are super awesome! The floral one looks so super cute especially on brown kraft paper!!
