Bringing a large Christmas tree into the home can be quite a daunting task. If you're not really looking forward to it but still want to nod at tradition — maybe a fun faux mini tree is more your speed.
A 7 foot tree isn't the only way to scream Christmas spirit you know, a smaller faux tree can pack just as much punch without breaking the bank or your back. You can easily purchase a mini tree at any major retailer or you can make your own.
With a little paper, clothes pins or even reclaimed wood — a mini Christmas tree could be in your very near future.

I appreciate the creativity, but to me the best part of a Christmas tree is the soft glow of the lights and reflecting ornaments. I guess there'd be some of that with #2, but if I didn't have room for a tree, I think I'd rather have a wreath or garland; these would depress me.
I love the first one, but how do you do it without punching a bunch a holes in the wall.
