These vintage hardware and fixtures can most likely be found in your area. Sometimes the Habitat for Humanity ReStores have a special area set aside for antique finds. Here in Portland we are lucky to have such gems as Hippo Hardware and The ReBuiding Center that specialize in antique home goods.
