Alright fellow really-ready-for-summer folks. Time to use your imaginations. Let's pretend that a) we all have giant outdoor space at our disposal and b) the weather will be warm this spring and summer (rather than September and October) and nights won't require us to carry the prerequisite cardigan. Ok, now that you are there, let's outfit those amazing spaces (with our imaginary unlimited budget of course) for all of the barbecues we will be having this summer!
FROM RIGHT TO LEFT:
1 - Spartan Daybed from Restoration Hardware, $6000.
I think I failed to mention the amazing pool that our backyard frames. Just looking at this daybed and the view instantly relaxes me. (If you haven't seen the rest of their Outdoor Furniture Collections, be sure to check them out.)
2 - Sparky Firepit and the Sawyer Chair, CB2, $249 each.
Because we are always prepared for any situation, we'll add the fire pit and perfect fireside chairs for those occasional cool nights.
3 - Alfresco Natural Bar Cart, Crate and Barrel, $399.
We wouldn't want our pool boy (obviously...this just keeps getting better!) to have to lug our refreshing adult beverages all the way from the house. We'll make sure he has a beverage cart to make our drinks pool side.
4 - Corsica Dining Table Set, Pottery Barn, $3293.
What outdoor space would be complete without a fabulous dining set for all of the impromptu dinner parties we'll be having? Something about al fresco dining makes every meal taste better.
5 - Wood Slat Double Lounger, West Elm, on sale for $466 (cushions are $166 each).
All of this entertaining will obviously be exhausting. If a guest is using the daybed, we can rest our feet for a bit on this lounger.
Everyone is welcome at my (make believe) place on Sunday. How does 1pm sound? Time to go plan my hypothetical menu!

I love all that stuff!
Here is a chair I've been considering for my patio - it comes in great colors (a bright light blue has caught my eye), and its very well priced ($17). What do you-all think for those of us on a budget? Are there better well-priced options?

That cabana thing in photo #1 is AWESOME. And only $6K (ha)! Seriously, though, someday when I have a great MCM vacation home in Palm Springs, I want that thing in my backyard!
What is the world is on that plate???

Holy crap, I want to live in that cabana/couch thing.
LOL about the plate. I'd love to know too.
I actually have a good place for the cabana in my rental house... but if I had $6K at my disposal, I would probably own a house by now.
Someday.
I also love that set by Pottery Barn. They have a similar one at Crate & Barrel too. LOVE!
OMG on the first one! I would never leave it!
