We just learned that Steinway provides customers with free piano templates. They're full-size floor plans of their pianos to use to verify that the piano will work in your home before purchase. While buying a Steinway is a major decision... we thought this idea would work well for other home furnishings, too. For instance, dining room tables, sofas, and bed frames. The purchase of these large furnishings warrants, we think, a "test drive" before purchase. Does anyone else think information like this would be helpful to consumers?
