Name: Gabe (8 months)
Location: Dunedin, FL
Division: Single Room
Room Size: 70 square feet
Tip for Living Small with Kids: Only stick with objects you absolutely love. Kids don't need a ton of space or a bunch of toys. Let others know you're decision to minimize the amount of stuff you want coming in, and most of the time, others respect it.
Biggest Design Challenge in this Room: The biggest design challenge was figuring out a jumping point for the rest of the room. I ordered and sent back numerous crib sets before finding this one. After that everything seemed to fall into place.
Favorite Thing About This Room: How happy it makes me feel to be in there. Since we moved a month before our little bug was due, our apartment was far from done when he arrived. This was the first room that got finished, and still to this day I love how cheery it feels when I walk in.
Thanks for your entry Betsey and good luck!

Cute, cute! And I love the name Gabe :-) (mine turns 5 on Sunday)
Love the flower art above the crib. Where did it come from?
Any chance we could get a source/manufacturer for your crib? I love the simplicity of it!
The flower print above the crib is from urban outfitters, circa 2005 and the crib is ikea! I think around $120. Can't beat that!
Love love the green - cheery and crisp looking. Great use of space and colors!
