Name: Gabe (3)
Location: Broomfield, Colorado
Gabe's room evolved into a "big boy room" by making a few small changes to the room we had created for him while he was still in the womb. The wall color, rug, curtains, and most of the accessories remained the same, but the bed and dresser received a more "mature" look, and all for under $10.
What began as an old dresser painted white became a painted gray dresser with drawer fronts sanded down to expose a natural wood. His headboard was a fence gate that was picked up for free at a garage sale and simply cut down to fit into the bedframe.
Thanks, Angie!

Commercial Flour Sa...
I really like this room, not even as a childs room (minus some of the kid stuff). The dresser and headboard are great...definitely some inspiration for a guest room I am about to redo
I really love that dresser. I have some grey painted bedroom furniture that could go this route, thanks for the inspiration!
Love it! Love the blue walls
I like it a lot and like the approach (a few small changes are all it takes), too!
I grew up with that red chair/stepstool thing (I'm close to 50) and it's still in my mother's basement. Never saw another one before.
AWESOME Ang!
This room is awesome... I love the beauty of the bedframe!!!!
