Mixing up iconic designs can bring out the best in both styles. This pairing of a tulip table and original Bertoia chairs from Chris and Jenna's Collection in the Castro was achieved by patiently perusing Craigslist. For those of us without patience, we've rounded up resources to make this dining space happen with a few clicks of a mouse.

I love the design of Bertoia chairs, but they just look so uncomfortable.
I'd love to see other "classic" chairs that go with this style of tulip table. I'd rather not have mesh marks on my butt after every meal :P
@Magnetism
I think Eames molded plastic chairs would look nice with a tulip table.
I'd like to know more about the wall art.
Love the chair.
White Panton chairs from DWR would look great and be a nice comfortable and affordable alternative: http://www.dwr.com/product/panton-chair.do.
Ditto the wall art -- source?
I have the bertoia counter stools, and they are more comfortable than I first imagined, especially with the seat pad (makes the world of difference!).
