Getting The Biggest Bang: Hanging Art In Multiples

Getting The Biggest Bang: Hanging Art In Multiples

Did you get a chance to check out Gene's House Call: Gene's Graphics & Color: Geometric Art Collection? It's homey and inviting but what I think really gives it impact is his art.

Art — whether painting, print or photograph — is one layer in decorating that definitely deepens the appeal of a space. While a single piece is nice, two, three or more pieces hung together have even greater impact. While you might not be able to afford mulitples of a good print, this is one time where the drama of hanging multiples of something together can often trump the quality of the individual pieces.

Wondering what to use to try this in your own space? Try framing wallpaper samples in different color stories or make your own geometic art following How to Make Your Own Josef Albers Inspired Wall Art.
