Getting The Most Out Of A Small Space

I'm sometimes envious of the large and open children's rooms I come across when researching for Ohdeedoh. But then a room like this one I saw over at Nursery Notations catches my eye, and I'm reminded how a well laid out (moderately) small room with good storage is just as wonderful.

This is a great example of a shared room (even though Andrika is intending it only as her toddler's transitional room). There is a crib and changing table for the baby. And for the older child, a big kid bed, a dresser and a train table. The more I look at the lay out of the furniture, the more I'm impressed with how much Andrika was able to do with this room simply by laying the furniture out in a smart way and having tons of storage in each piece of furniture. If you want to see more photos of this fantastic room, check out Nursery Notations.
