Week 2 has been BRUTAL but well worth it...these would really make me want to cook in my newly-scrubbed kitchen as my current ancient grandma-style cutting board is made of ripply glass and makes horrible noises when the knife strikes it! Yikes!

I would chop everything I cook on this. I especially love to make salsa and guacamole so onions, avocados, tomatoes, cilantro and jalapeno.

Cranberries! It's fun to cut them by hand...they fly around the kitchen and bang into walls.
