We asked, and you answered. Inspired by the high-design finds you hope to unwrap this holiday season, we pulled together a list of no-fail gifts that are Apartment Therapy reader approved. Here's what the design lovers among us want most:
1. Pretty chocolates, like those from Mast Brothers ($40 for 5).
2. Fun tabletop items, like the Jonathan Adler whale butter dish ($68).
3. A chic patterned rug, like Jill Rosenwald's Newport (from $113).
4. A classic icon of design, like the Eames rocking chair ($466).
5. A lovely letterpress calendar, like this one from Linda & Harriet ($34).
6. Any missing back issues from Domino, Blueprint, or another favorite bygone mag.
What would you add to the list?

Shaw's Original Fir...
Nice, bold candles. We often get these square beeswax tapers from a local shop and our friends go nuts for them – they make stodgy antiques look bold and fresh. (Ignore their horrible website, haha.) This is a little more achievable than a $466 Eames item, doncha think, AT?
that website is amazing. OMG.
Yeah, wow, that website rules. It actually looks a lot like a site I get letter seal wax from. I guess if you are essentially practicing a medieval art, you might not be totally on top of internet design trends.
