Whether it's fireflies, shooting stars, or the planetarium, there's something exciting about twinkly lights in the darkness. What kid wouldn't want a little bit of that magic in his or her room?
Architecture student Laurel Bennett designed these cool lights as a project for a senior seminar and then set up an etsy shop to make them available to the public. Each one is made of a single piece of laser cut mat board, and a battery powered bulb inside throws amazing shapes and patterns onto the walls and ceiling. We think it's a great idea, and not a bad price at $25 for the 9.5" diameter Glowb and $20 for the 6.5" diameter version.
Available at Laurel's etsy shop.
