Go Small, Project Big with Pico's Cube Projector

Being marketed as having the "size and weight of a hen's egg," the Pico Cube Pico Cube from Epoq certainly fancies our addiction to hiding big bulky tech items that detract from the decor. The dimensions come in at 2.2" x 2.2" x 1.6" - certainly smaller than any projector we've ever seen. While we certainly don't expect it to trump any high-definition projectors at this time, it's definitely a step in the right direction.

The EPP-HH01 from Epoq uses a 3 watt LED light to project your image onto your wall or screen. This gives it a whopping 80:1 ANSI contrast ratio and there's also a mini built-in speaker on the side of it. The fact that they managed to squeeze all of this in such a tiny body still manages to blow our mind.

Reminds us a lot of the Optoma projector that was quite well-received a few months back. Which, coincidentally, is also called the "Pico projector."

Due at the end of this month, expect the tiny projector to run $230 at all major retailers.
