Our one beef with
Craigslist furniture is the plethora of posts sans pictures. There's just no way we're going to Zipcar over to San Jose for a chair that
could be accurately described as "Eames inspired", or is possibly a gross misrepresentation. It's just too risky. Now there's a site that takes out all the rhetoric and gives us what we want - pictures, pictures, and more pictures.
Also known as MyWiseBunny, the site lets you choose your location and category of search, then shows you thumbnails for all of the photos from listed items. It makes browsing a ton easier, and saves you about a million fruitless clicks.

Like I don't spend enough money on Craig's List. I've already spotted a few things that I have to have! Thanks a lot AT, lol.
Someone should get the Death Sentence for that chair above.
Sweet tool, especially since I am within six Craigslist zones, so I'm constantly hopping from site to site looking for things. This will make perusing MUCH smoother, thanks!
This is fantastic, I love browsing through thumbnails....it is a bit dangerous though. The site makes it so much easier to find what you want!
Yours Truly, Alice
There's also CLpic.com, which defaults to Chicago but lets you choose your area.
I've posted this before on Craigslist-related threads, so forgive my shameless self-promotion, but folks who regularly troll Craigslist might enjoy my blog, You Suck at Craigslist.
And as you're exploring via the picture interface, please feel free to send me bad listings you find!
ET PHONE HOME! yikes
The arms on that chair are inverted.
Just in case nobody noticed...
There's also the Firefox download, Craigslist Image Extension: http://www.geeksugar.com/1520575
awesome! thanks.
There's also http://crazedlist.org/
For people like me, who have Orlando, Treasure Coast, Palm Beach, Space Coast, Fort Lauderdale and Miami craigslist sections to browse it's cool to just search them all at once.
Now if it had thumbnails AND multi-city search, that would be amazing!
I use the firefox extension... now I can't imagine people use Craigslist without it!!
I used to use the image extension from CraigsToolbox but got rid of it now that it not free! Now I use the Greasemonkey add-on for Firefox. It's free and easy to install: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/748
