Sure, using an old wooden hanger for your bathroom towels is both vintage-y and cleverly repurposing items rather than acquiring new ones. It's no secret, we love those things. But what we really love is that all you have to do is turn the hanger upside to make a two-in-one towel hook AND a towel rack. Kudos to the smarty-pants who thought of that.
