Hello AT, I am looking for a good source for a "stand-up" desk for my office. I understand that a standing workstation is better for people who have back pain and is good for productivity. The problem is that I am having a hard time finding anything remotely chic! Either the stand-up desks are too decorative/small/non-functioning (i.e. the Thomas Jefferson style which does not allow for much workspace and is very formal) or they are uber-industrial (i.e. designed for a factory foreman or industrial workstation). Any resources or thoughts? Much appreciated! Thanks, Margo Margo, We have an idea of what you are looking for and we are going to suggest a few retailers and sources...

Topdeq is the source for the Rede + Spinola standing desk pictured above. Additionally, there is an entire section of office furniture systems and a a few probably have standing desk options. We would also check out IKEA. They have a lot of customizable tables and desks that could be an inexpensive option for you. (though unfortunately, the stores always do a better job of organizing the products than the website). Anyone else? —aaron
