There is a similar lamp to the round top one pictured above on ylighting.com but they are quite expensive. The link is below.

Not sure if youre looking for something more high-end but IKEA (which is mentioned way too often in these posts) has a floor lamps very similar to the one pictured on the left.

Except they have a square base and not the crossed base.

For a similar look, you could get a cheap IKEA base, spraypaint it black and order some custom shades from Fenchel

Try Neena's/Artemide. There are a few locations around (Brookline, Southie, Cambridge, one on Boylston and Wellesley). They're pricey places, but sometimes they have great markdowns. The Southie location is "contemporary only" so I'd try that location first (on Congress St. near the Children's Museum).
