Good Question: Stylish Food Containers

MK sent us an email: "I'm searching for food containers to use in my kids lunch bags. They use the containers as a plate so they need to be plate like. Have you all found anything that is durable and maybe even a bit stylish?" Great question, MK! School lunches are a topic we are quite fond of. Having a child in preschool, we were searching for a lunch solution that would be both easy to carry, fast to wash daily, produce as little waste as possible and if it were cute, well that would be the icing on the cake. Have you considered a bento box? Bento boxes are available in a myriad of sizes, and are usually layered with different compartments. The Bento Store and Sugar Charms have boxes starting at $9.99. Another recommendation is Laptop lunchware. We've covered Laptop Lunches here before, and still think they are wonderful. They are the perfect combination of lunch box and serving ware. At readers, do you have more lunchware recommendations you can give MK? For more on Bentos, check out our lunch post later this afternoon! Photo from Plastica.
