AT DC: I've seen this ceiling fan in photos of a few (pretty high-end) renovations lately, most recently in the NY Times Home section piece on Gavin and Sundy Cutler's Brooklyn brownstone on August 25, about which ATNY blogged. (The photo is from AT.)
I haven't been able to identify the fan, or find any source for it. Can you (or the collective wisdom of ATers out there) help? Thanks.
Dear Reader: We found a similar fan online (details below the jump) and are hoping our readers have some thoughts on this...
The 58" Artemis Maple Finish Ceiling Fan costs $429.99 from Lamps Plus. We think it looks similar to the one in the photo submitted.
Readers: what do you think?

I think the one in the photo looks like a three bladed propeller. The Artemis fan is more of a peeled layer effect. Similar look, different concept.
both look good---the light on the room one seems smaller to me and more what I would like, if that is a tiny light. Never have liked fans with lights on them.
Let's see more photos from that apartment!
There are some more photos at the NY Times web site:
