Hello AT, I'm decorating an apartment for a friend and I'm looking all over for a mirrored dresser for her bedroom. I've found several great vendors online based in the UK, but I haven't found any located in the US. I'd like to avoid the expense (and potential danger of breaking) a mirrored piece from Europe. Please, please, please help! Thanks, Urbanista

Dear Urbanista, This is a tough one and we don't know why. For some reason, very few folks want to dip their toes into this water (maybe breakage is a big issue). That said, we've been watching the market for the past few years and here our best list of mirrored resources: • MG and BW has a few nice pieces • The Bombay Company can be cheesy, but they do have a few useful pieces • Horchow. Ditto. • Legge Custom Glass is a new resource we just found. Untested. • The Paris Apartment does custom work on a small scale. Say hello to Claudia! • The Drama of the Mirrored Furniture CompanyVenfield are a great resource for vintage •
