you could buy one in a store that sells natural sea sponges and cut it yourself. The natural sponges when dry have a strong shape but quite easy to cut.... That is if you don't want to fetch $$$$ for something like that.

The vase sponges at Anthropologie are $24.00 and only come in one size (small 8"). The same size at the Natural Bath & Body Shop is only $17.97 and they have all different sizes to choose from. Lastly, the Florida Sponge company is a know scam website. They have not shipped product in years, yet they keep their website running. Just Google Florida Sponge company scam and you will see.
