Can anyone helps MBC with their dilemma?
We recently moved into a great mid-century space. Our kitchen has good solid wood cabinets that we would like to refinish but everything else needs updating/replacing (i.e. counters, back splash, sink, floors, wallpaper, some appliances). Having gone through a Home Depot kitchen project in our old Koreatown condo we're hoping to hand this project over to a designer/contractor/kitchen professional who would be willing to work with our budget and the aesthetics of our place. Has anyone worked with someone great in LA? Or can someone give me some direction on how to find the person/studio/workshop that I'm looking for?

Sounds like a larger, involved project that would necessitate hiring not only an interior designer, but also a contractor for the heavy duty work. Anyone out there have experience tackling a similar experience with positive results?
