Hello AT, What do you suggest we put on the wall over the couch in our living room? We have a lot of earth tones and the room could use a bit of color. We were thinking of cube shelves or a group of artwork...

Any suggestions? We are hoping for something inexpensive or even a do it yourself art project... hope you can help! Thanks! Julie Dear Julie, This one is going to be for the crowd, but we'll toss in that you should consider doing an accent wall of color right behind your sofa for starters. Artwork on the wall won't be enough. You could even wrap the accent wall around the two walls that are behind your modular sofa. We'd go with something warm to hot it up. You could do anything from brown (see today's ColorTherapy) to a red or orange or green (see the finalist below). In addition - GET SOME PILLOWS. They'll have a lot of impact and are your color ground troops. The rug? Ah, well. anything but beige would have been good, but we'll talk about that later.....
