I work at home and have been trying to find a sit/stand workstation (I hate sitting all day). I've found a few things at anthro.com - the Fit Adjusta unit (pictured), and other manufacturers have nice hydraulic/or electric systems that cost over $1000...
I think I may end up buying a high desk (so standing would be my default position) and retro fit it for my needs (add wheels, etc.). Then I'll also buy a monitor arm and an adjustable keyboard and a high chair/stool. Humanscale has a cool monitor arm; I'm still looking for a nice keyboard arm.
Does anyone have thoughts/resources/suggestions on cool ergonomic workstation design?
Jenny came up with a few good starts...we'd like to hear who else has some great ergonomic workstation tips! Fire away.
