Q: I am looking for a bathroom console similar to the Pottery Barn Apothecary double sink console — at $1,999 without faucets (even with faucets I should say), it's over my budget for my bath remodel budget of 3K. Could you please suggest a similar console? Thanks.

Editor: The Pottery Barn option is very nice — so nice that I had to include multiple images of it! For something similar (though also, similarly priced) check out Restoration Hardware's Gramercy Double Washstand or the Gramercy Double Glass Washstand which is on sale for more than 50% off.
Obviously, a double sink is going to be about twice the cost of a single sink — even this Porcher Pomezia 27" Console Stand Kit is $836 at Home Depot.
Don't forget about using credit card points to shop at stores like Home Depot and Pottery Barn — it's an easy way to cut the cost of some big-ticket items.
Who has suggestions for Mike?

Shaw's Original Fir...
I've looked into building one of these bases myself. Ended up doing something else, but I did find the materials by googling "chrome tubing". Any fabricator who works w/ stone could build a top and add the sinks. Just depends on whether or not you want to do some of the work yourself.
restoration hardware carries something similar. i had a custom vanity built for a restaurant i designed using this as my inspiraiton. the RH or Pottery Barn vanities aren't ADA. it turned out great! i don't recall the price but you could possibly get someone to custom fabricate one for cheaper?
the bathroom looks amazing, but i want a better look at that door!!
Thanks for the suggestions.
I think I will do a little more research into the option given by Zoe. It looks pretty similar, but substantially less expensive.
Thanks again!
I am almost certain ikea has a metal version, but here is one in wood: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/S29864224
American Standard has vanity consoles that are fabulous! and at a good price point. Kohler also offers them too, but they are more expensive than American Standard!

You could put two of them next to each other.
check out this one from Kohler

We bought a similar double sink base at the Restoration Hardware outlet for $600. Then you have to get your own marble top fabricated, which can be expensive ($1400 in our case). If you have a connection for cheap marble, it may be a good option. We linke that our marble is unique. Pics here: http://projectnest.squarespace.com/project-nest-blog/2011/9/9/uptown-bathroom.html
