This may sound silly, and maybe old school, but you could give this solution a whirl…..

Use Black and White Newspapers with Windex to start. This may get the film off, if it doesn’t work it try using a 1:1 solution of white vinegar and water. There something about that ink that in the paper seems to do the ‘trick’.
